A few weeks ago, I was at an industry event with the chance to interact with many or our integrators. It was great to hear from most of them that their business was booming. In fact, several customers told me that they were turning away jobs. While that is good news and a good problem to have- it is still a problem.
At the time, we were just a few weeks away from announcing our installation services at Almo. I told a few integrators that we were going to launching these services and they thought it was a great idea. They told me that hiring and training new employees was a long and costly process. Having some reliable labor that they could source from us would be helpful for them to grow and not have to turn away jobs. One of the integrators told me that this would also help him when he had large jobs throughout the US. He wants to use our installation services in the areas where he doesn’t have offices. This way he won’t have to fly techs to the jobsite or try to find someone himself to install his digital signage hardware.
We launched our installation services at our E4 in Boston last week and the booth was packed. The response was overwhelming. Our existing customers really see a need for this service.
So the feedback has been positive and the timing is right. Onwards and Upwards!
